How It All Started

In the beginning, our goal was to liquidate and close out several local storage units we had acquired after our parents passed away. We couldn’t just donate or toss out all of the things they loved, so we started looking for the perfect location to set up shop. We were extremely lucky—and very excited—to find the perfect spot so close to home that it met all of our needs and more!
I had a vision for the design and layout, and Kyle began building it in July of 2024. We had help from our daughters and our son-in-law, and before we knew it, it had evolved into a boutique vendor mall—built by our little family!
Once we opened our doors in October of 2024, the creativity started flowing. We soon partnered with our very first vendor, Nancy Jo, and together, we decided to turn the warehouse into a local art supply house and studio for our surrounding community.
I am so thankful and proud of our children, and I am incredibly proud of my husband, Kyle, for all of his continued hard work and dedication to making our new dream a reality!!

Fun Fact #1

Kyle had total reverse shoulder replacement surgery in January of 2024. Who knew that building our new dream would turn out to be the best physical therapy for his arm? We’re proud to say he regained full use of his new and improved shoulder in under a year!

Fun Fact #2

We’re currently creating a Cottage Law Kitchen that will feature all sorts of baked goods and yummy deliciousness. “The Kottage Kitchen” is set to open in April 2024—and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Fun Fact #3

We’re still growing and always evolving—adding new ideas, new vendors, and new ways to connect with our community every day!

A Message From the Owners

We’ve met so many wonderful people in our community - some longtime locals, and others newly planted South Carolinians - who now feel more like family to us, and we couldn’t be happier! We're incredibly proud and grateful for our vendors, customers, and cherished friends. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We are truly blessed and deeply thankful to everyone who has supported us along the way. Cheers to you all!
